With a Sailboard retrospective, your team brainstorms their on feedback onto sticky notes in four categories:

• Destination - where does your team want to be & what’s your vision?
• Wind - what’s helping your team move in the direction of your destination?
• Anchor - what’s holding the team back?
• Rocks/Iceberg - what are some risks that you might encounter?
