With this simple retrospective template, your team brainstorms their on feedback onto sticky notes in three categories:

• I really liked: successes and things you’ve enjoyed
• I wasn’t so keen on: things that haven’t been so fun, or worked well, or anything else you weren’t keen on
• It would be better if: parts of the process that aren’t bad, but you have an idea for making them better
